I heard from my InBody test results that I had muscle weakness overall, especially in my arms and legs. So, I usually only did aerobic exercise at the gym, but I think I overdid it with arm and leg exercises, and one of my arms and shoulders started to hurt from certain movements. I put up with it for a few months, but the hospital I ended up going to was Jain Neurosurgery in Hongje-dong.

After several tests and questions, they said it was shoulder calcification.

But unlike other hospitals, they don't recommend expensive manual therapy or procedures. They give you physical therapy and manual therapy as a taster. They explain things very kindly and carefully.

The doctor seemed to be having fun because the three sisters, including my older sister and younger sister, were receiving treatment together.
