I don't tend to prioritize cost when it comes to surgery on my body, so I didn't do much research and booked an appointment at just this one place. There was a waiting time. I had surgery performed by the head director. I am extremely satisfied with the results. The before photo didn't do it justice; the difference is definite. I was incredibly nervous because I hadn't slept well before the surgery and wasn't feeling well, but I was truly grateful that the staff member in the operating room tried to ease my tension through small talk. The woman wearing the nurse's necklace in the recovery room was also very kind. I have worked in a similar field for a long time, but seeing these two made me realize that I should be even kinder.
