The staff were generally very kind, and Director Kwon explained everything calmly and clearly, so even though it was my first visit, I was able to receive treatment comfortably without feeling nervous. They answered each of my questions meticulously and guided me only on what was absolutely necessary without any unnecessary treatment, which made me trust them even more.

The location is close to Sinsa Station, so it was convenient to visit due to good accessibility, and finding my way wasn't difficult either. The building is divided into the Main Building and Building B, but you need to go to the Main Building for your first appointment, so I think you won't get confused if you know that in advance.

Overall, I liked the clean and stable atmosphere of the hospital, and I was satisfied that I could receive treatment without feeling pressured. I would be willing to visit again if needed!
