I felt pain because I hurt my back while lifting a heavy, large flower pot to water it, but at first I thought, 'It'll go away eventually,' and took painkillers to bear it. I did that for a few days, but it didn't get any better and the pain kept getting worse, so I went to the hospital. After an X-ray, I consulted with the doctor and he said it was acute disc pain and that I should get injections. He gave me a few shots in my lower back, and it definitely helped. Of course, I'm still taking the prescribed medication and trying to be careful not to put any strain on my lower back, but I believe that if I continue to receive treatment and follow the instructions, I'll be able to recover quickly.
