Mapo-gu Suibi ENT Clinic: Condition worsens after prescription

I went because it was close to home, but... the illness really got worse.
I only had a sore throat and a cough, but after taking medicine, it got worse.
I even developed a runny nose and body aches. I have been taking the medication prescribed by the ENT doctor for nearly a week, but my symptoms have not improved at all. On the contrary, the pain and discomfort in my throat have worsened, making me feel as though the medicine had actually become poison. I was anxious during the initial consultation because they simply prescribed medication without providing sufficient explanation, but I am even more disappointed now that the treatment has been ineffective and my condition has deteriorated. I lost trust in the clinic because they did not listen to my concerns and provided insufficient guidance on the course of treatment. This is a hospital I never want to visit again.
My family and I decided never to go there again.
