I had to visit the doctor because my chest kept getting stiff, and I had incontinence. I didn't know it, but it kept getting stiff, so I kept holding it in and ended up going. I don't know exactly why, but they say it could have happened after lifting something heavy or moving around. Anyway, it wasn't that bad, so I didn't need a cast, but they said I had to wear a safety suit similar to a cast for a while, so that was fortunate. They prescribed some medicine and told me to take it if it hurts for a few days. The examination was also very thorough, which was nice, and the nurse was very kind and treated me very comfortably. I don't know the name of the safety suit, but it had to be fitted to the right size, so they said that if you wear it well, it will get better over time.
