Does the area look less fuller than before once the swelling subsides after the Sculptra procedure?

After reading reviews, I realized that the appearance immediately after the procedure and after some time can feel quite different!
I tend to want to see changes quickly, so if the waiting time is long, I think I'll get unnecessarily impatient 😅
I am curious about the intervals at which the progress of Sculptra is checked, and if there are any precautions to take when evaluating results midway.
