Are there any side effects of Sculptra?

How likely is it that side effects such as nodules or unevenness will occur after a Sculptra procedure?

I understand that unlike conventional fillers, Sculptra works by inducing collagen production within the skin. I would like to know if there is a possibility that nodules or lumps may appear over time, even if it looks fine immediately after the procedure.

If such a problem occurs, I am curious whether it is a temporary phenomenon, will disappear naturally, or if separate treatment is required.
