Is it okay to get Rejuran injections on acne-prone skin or skin with breakouts/redness?

I have oily skin, but it is severely dry on the inside, and I occasionally get redness and acne breakouts.
I want to get Rejuran because I heard it is good for regenerating the skin barrier, but I am wondering if getting it on oily or red skin might cause more breakouts!
