How many days does it usually take for the bumps and redness to disappear after a Rejuran procedure?

I am thinking of getting Rejuran for the first time, but I am hesitating because I am more worried about my skin condition after the procedure than the effects.
I've seen reviews saying that injection marks and raised embossing appear on the face immediately after the procedure, so I'm wondering if it's more noticeable than expected.

It is difficult for me to take time off on weekdays because of my job, so I am thinking of getting it on Saturday and going to work on Monday, but I'm not sure if that will be possible.
