Will getting Rejuran improve my skin texture and help with makeup caking as well?

Lately, when I apply makeup, it doesn't go on smoothly, and the sides of my nose and cheeks keep flaking off, which is stressful.
I've tried switching out several basic skincare products and using moisturizing masks, but it only provides temporary relief, so I'm thinking about taking better care of my skin itself.
