It has been about a month since my second Rejuran session, and I am finally seeing a difference.
I started Rejuran because I could definitely feel my skin had become drier than before.
My skin doesn't go on smoothly when I apply makeup, and
No matter how many layers of skincare I apply, my skin feels severely dry by the afternoon.
At first, I was thinking of just getting a hydration treatment, but...
I heard a lot of people around me recommending that I get Rejuran regularly, so I started by getting a consultation.
I had the first procedure in early July.
I received the second session three weeks later, at the end of July.
I received 2cc of Rejuran.
It cost about 300,000 won at a time.
Honestly, the procedure itself was more painful than I expected.
Even though I applied anesthetic cream before the procedure, I felt a stinging sensation on my face several times.
Especially the area around my eyes and cheeks was enough to make me flinch for a moment.
Immediately after the procedure, there were quite a few raised marks on my face, like small embossing.
On the first day, I was self-conscious every time I looked in the mirror.
It gradually subsided starting the next day, and after about three days, it became to the point where I didn't have to worry much about going out.
I actually recovered faster after the second session than after the first.
The redness also decreased significantly after about a day.
I took a break from applying makeup for about two days and then did it again.
I couldn't feel the effects right away.
For about a week after getting it the first time, I honestly wondered if anything had changed.
After about two weeks, I felt like my skin was less tight than before after washing my face.
Now that it has been about a month since the second session, my skin texture has become a little softer.
The feeling of my skin cracking, especially in the afternoon, has decreased significantly.
However, it wasn't to the extent that my pores suddenly disappeared or my face became drastically younger.
Rather than such significant changes, I was most satisfied with the feeling that my skin condition had stabilized overall.
I have received a total of 2 times so far.
I am still deciding whether to get the next procedure right away.
The cost is about 300,000 won per session, so it’s not exactly 부담-free to keep receiving it.
Still, I was a bit unsure during the first procedure.
Now that a month has passed since I received the second session, I think I understand a little bit why there are people who take them consistently.
For those of you who have received Rejuran, how many sessions did you usually have before taking a break?
I am currently debating whether to get it done one more time or move on to maintenance.
