Can people with thin skin receive Rejuran?

My skin is thin and dry, so
I tend to be careful when using new cosmetics.

Lately, my skin feels dry and dull overall, and it isn't as elastic as it used to be.
I am looking into Rejuran.

However, if you have thin skin, I am a little hesitant because I am worried that the irritation might be felt more intensely after the procedure.
