Is Rejuran generally more satisfying for dry skin?

Lately, my face feels so tight after washing it.

No matter how much moisturizer I apply, my skin becomes dry and rough by the afternoon.
Since even my makeup was flaking off, I felt like I wanted to try taking care of my skin itself.

Then I found out about Rejuran.
It seems like quite a few people get it for the skin texture or hydration.
