Will I be able to wear makeup as usual the day after receiving Rejuran?

I'm looking into Rejuran because I'm concerned about my skin texture.
I am in a situation where I can only receive treatment on weekends due to my job.

If you receive it on Saturday and want to go to work on Monday
My biggest concern is how much the injection mark or redness will remain.

I wonder if I can do my basic skincare as usual and even base makeup.
Or I would also like to check if I should reduce my use of cosmetics for a few days.
