What are the effects of getting injections with the Rejuran machine?

Lately, I have been concerned because my skin barrier has completely broken down and my skin has become very thin. I am considering Rejuran injections because I heard that thickening the skin is necessary in cases like this. However, I am hesitant because I heard that Rejuran is very thick due to its high viscosity, making the injection very painful. I also noticed that besides manual injections, there are procedures that use mechanical devices like DermaShine High Injection to inject Rejuran. Would machine injections be less painful than manual injections? If so, I am curious if there was a difference in the actual perceived effects between manual and machine injections. For those who have received injections via both methods, what were the effects and the levels of pain in each?
