Would Rejuran be helpful for people with dry skin?

Lately, my skin feels drier and rougher than before.
No matter how thoroughly I apply my base makeup, my makeup doesn't go on nicely.

Especially on the cheeks, if you wait just a little while after applying foundation
It feels like the skin texture is clearly visible.

So I'm looking into Rejuran.
I heard a lot of people get it for fine lines or loss of elasticity, so I became curious if it's okay for dry and rough skin like mine.

I also want to know what the difference is compared to simply applying moisturizer diligently.
