Does Rejuran work on fine lines around the eyes?

I've been really worried about fine lines around my eyes lately, so I'm looking into Rejuran Eye.
My under-eye area is especially dry, and fine lines look more prominent when I apply makeup.
I'm also curious if the eye-specific version is more effective than the regular Rejuran.
I want to know if the area around my eyes becomes moisturized or smooth after just one session.
