Is Rejuran much more painful than fillers?

I've had fillers done before; it stings a little with the numbing cream but is bearable, but I heard that Rejuran is more painful in comparison.

I understand that since it involves multiple injections into the skin, it causes a stinging and burning sensation, whereas fillers are relatively less painful.

Is Rejuran bearable if I apply anesthetic cream?
