What is the difference in pain between Rejuran and Rejuran HB?

Since Rejuran is quite painful, I was looking for reviews and found out about Rejuran HB Plus, a procedure that reduces pain by half. I understand it is a Rejuran that includes an anesthetic; how does the pain compare to the original Rejuran? Is there any difference in actual effectiveness between the two? I am curious to hear reviews from people who have actually received the treatment.
