What is the actual pain like with Rejuran?

I have heard that Rejuran causes pain during injection because its high viscosity applies pressure to the skin. I am curious to know what the pain is like for those who have actually received it. Is it bearable if anesthetic cream is applied? Or is the pain severe enough to require additional treatment? I am curious to know just how painful it actually is.
