Is it true that makeup applies better after getting Rejuran?

I've seen a lot of comments in Rejuran reviews saying that makeup applies really well, so I'm curious to know just how good that actually is.

My skin texture is a bit rough and my makeup often looks cakey, so this is the part I'm looking forward to the most.
