How to overcome chronic depression and lethargy

Lethargy caused by chronic depression is really not easily resolved, so it feels even more difficult.

However, gradually changing your daily life can be an important first step.

First, start with very small things rather than setting very big goals.

For example, taking a walk for even 5 minutes a day or playing your favorite music.

Even closing your eyes and taking a moment to rest is a good idea.

It's also important to praise yourself for small achievements rather than scolding yourself.

No matter how trivial it may seem, the small efforts of that day can gradually create change.

And when lethargy comes over you, instead of thinking "That's why I can't do it,"

Communication with those around you can also be a great source of strength.

You don't have to share everything if you don't want to; sometimes just being together is enough to provide comfort.

Don't hesitate to seek help, and consulting a professional if needed can also be very helpful.

Above all, what matters most is the heart that cares for and takes care of me, even just a little.

Even if today was a bit difficult, if you spend each day with the hope that tomorrow will be a little better,

Soon, you will gradually be able to escape from the feeling of lethargy.
