Try self-diagnosis with a depression test for psychiatry.

Lately, I've been feeling very exhausted and lacking energy, so I wonder if I might be depressed.

I thought it was just my mood, but as I kept feeling more lethargic and losing interest in everything, I started to worry.

So I took a self-assessment test for depression in the psychiatry department, and it was surprisingly simple and very helpful.

The test consists of simple questions, so you can check your current feelings and lifestyle patterns.

Have there been many recent days that haven't been enjoyable?

Do you have trouble falling asleep or do you sleep too much?

Answering the same questions repeatedly made me realize how exhausted I was.

 

Of course, self-diagnosis alone cannot provide an accurate result, but I think it was a good opportunity to reflect on my current condition.

There's no need to worry too much if the results indicate a tendency toward depression; I think it's really important to go to the hospital and get a consultation.
