My leg is swelling badly...

My legs really swell a lot whether I sit or stand normally~

My calves are tight and swollen... I often sit on a chair or cross my legs in a traditional Korean style.

If I just let it go... I hate the feeling of swelling too much.

Could this swelling in the leg be related to varicose veins?

I feel like I've seen it somewhere before... It's always been a concern for me.

I'm wondering if I should take some swelling management medication like Sensia...

I'm worried.
