Does Smart LASIK actually cost around this much?

 

I saw in the Cashdoc hospital event that Smart LASIK is 2.09 million won!

 

Someone I know said they did it for around 4 million won, so isn't that cheap?

I recently want to live without glasses and contact lenses, so
