Nails... Is there a way to make them grow faster?

It's been almost three years since my child started elementary school, and I don't remember cutting their nails during that time.

I don't even bite them... my nails are all short..

Why is this happening..ㅡㅡ: I do use my hands a lot...

My hands can't stay still for even a moment... playing... folding... touching...

My nail body?? seems to be becoming more and more blunt... I'm a bit worried.
