The massage device I use is a Mu-ro massage ball.

I bought it to massage my shoulders, soles of my feet, and thighs.

The single one is used for foot sole and thigh massage, while the peanut-shaped one, which is attached together, is used for shoulder and back massage.

It's not too hard or too soft, just the right firmness, so when I get a shoulder massage, it loosens up and feels really good.
