I got a manicure for the first time in my life~ ^^

Has everyone tried getting a manicure or pedicure? ^^

This is the first time I have ever received a manicure since I was born. Except for a few times when I applied clear nail polish at home when I was very young, I have never taken care of my nails or applied anything before.

I had a good opportunity to visit, and I felt like I finally understood why people are willing to pay more money than expected for nail care.

Baisu is a beauty care shop run by the daughter of a friend of mine~ Turns out it's a franchise, so there are many branches everywhere. But even within the same franchise, the vibe can be very different depending on who runs it~~ You know what I mean?

 

At Gwacheon Baisu, where I visited, there are two people: the owner who does eyebrows, eyeliner, and eyelash extensions, and the director who does nails. Both of them are very kind and caring, so even if I go alone, I don't feel lonely and can receive my treatments happily. I visited in February to get my eyebrows and eyeliner done, and this time I came for a manicure.

Thinking about getting my first nail treatment, I felt bubbly and cheerful, just like a rainy college entrance exam day, la la la~ I visited happily. Vaisu's always white interior seems to really calm people's minds~

At the entrance, a beautiful decoration for the upcoming Christmas is displayed~

 

 

 

Since it was my first time, I didn't know how to take care of my nails, so I didn't cut my tiny nails for two weeks and kept growing them, and I visited; but it turns out there was no need to grow them at all.

I didn't want a color that was too flashy, but after the boss tested the colors, he helped me choose the colors, and for the upcoming Christmas, I only picked a Rudolph design.

Nails are lightly shaped into a square~ neatly filed~ and after applying a clear solution, cuticles are carefully pushed back and removed as if plucking them out, oh my~ my nails look so tidy~

 

Oh, I see~ When you take care of it like this, it looks different~ That's why I thought even men get their nails done.

After that, I apply the nail, cure it with LED, apply again, and cure.

When receiving with the left hand, put in the right hand; when receiving with the right hand, put in the left hand—repeat infinitely.

I thought it was just drying, but it turns out they bake it~~ Oh my~ I really didn't know anything about nails. Since it's applied and baked like this, it doesn't come off even with acetone and lasts a long time.

The problem is that it's difficult to remove it alone, so you need to come back to the nail shop for removal to do it cleanly without damage~~

I think the biggest disadvantage for someone like me, who is frugal and lazy, is this~

Interestingly, the gel that looks like glitter or the slightly protruding parts that are shaped tend to feel especially hot when baked. At first, I wondered what the stinging sensation was, and the director said that they normally feel the heat a bit earlier.

It was amazing when Rudolph was grilled~ He lightly spread it on a tiny piece of aluminum foil like a palette and used a small tool to draw pictures~~

It was so amazing when I drew Rudolph's eyes~ ^^

 

 

Ta-da~~ It's my finished work~~ Isn't it so pretty and lovely?

His hands are small and his nails are small, so he looks like a child's hand, but~~ thanks to that, Rudolph looks adorable like a baby Rudolph~

The Rudolph in the boss's hand is a completely different size~ It feels like mommy Rudolph and baby Rudolph.

Oh~ If I had known Rudolph would look this cute, I would have asked to draw a tree, a snowman, or something else on the other finger~~

Once again, as the first time passes, I learn something~

I finished my nails and had a long chat over coffee, chatting away.

I think I talked so much like a friend that even the director I met for the first time felt very comfortable~ I was so talkative that my throat hurt today~

On my way home, I kept wanting to show off, so I sent lots of photos to my friends~~

As soon as I get to work today, I brag to this person and that person~
