How many sessions of Melasma Laser do I need to undergo?

I didn't have any dark spots before, but after this summer, they partially appeared under my eyes.

But since it's under my eyes, even a small area catches my eye and keeps bothering me.

When I see people around who have had laser treatment for melasma, it tends to come back quickly, and the treatment effect for melasma is different from other areas.

Is it not good? I wonder if it can be permanently removed and how many sessions are usually needed.
