Are there no side effects later if you have breast fat grafting?

If you have fat grafting on your face, over time, the fat may decrease differently for each person.

So, I have to perform the re-procedure again according to the schedule.

Does the chest remain unchanged throughout life without such things?

Can I remove it later??
