Breast fat grafting

I just learned about a surgery called breast fat grafting. I had only known about breast plastic surgery involving implants like silicone until now, but since this uses the patient's own fat, I think there are fewer side effects, so I'm interested. However, I'm curious about where the fat is taken from, as well as the recovery period and the cost of the surgery.
