[Concern] Is it okay not to worry about side effects after breast fat grafting surgery?

My small chest has been a complex since I was young, and even now in my early 30s, it remains a source of insecurity.
Especially during summer when clothes are thin... I often wished my breasts were a little larger... and wore padded bras with plenty of push-up padding.
These days, I am interested in breast fat grafting surgery.
If there were no side effects, I might consider trying it once, but the side effects include necrotic cysts, volume absorption, side effects at the liposuction site, infections, and clear fat embolism.
I am not considering surgery at the moment because the risks of side effects such as tissue necrosis and infection are too high to accept.
Are there any people who have undergone breast fat grafting surgery and experienced no side effects? ㅠㅠ
There are no people around me who have had surgery, so I don't know if this is really a good surgery.
