Breast fat grafting

Is breast fat grafting natural for my body? So, they remove fat from somewhere and transplant it into the breasts? I think it would be good because I can remove belly fat and have larger breasts, but it must be extremely painful, right? It probably hurts when removing the fat and also when transplanting itㅠ Still, if it makes me look prettier, I wonder if I can endure it?
