Curious about breast fat grafting

Lately, I've been seeing many people around me getting breast fat grafting.

It's plastic surgery, and since it's a less visible area, I don't think it's as well known as you might expect.

1. I am curious about the cost.
2. Is breast surgery permanent, or do I need to remove it later?
3. I'm curious about which part fat is removed from. Is it usually the belly fat?

I'm becoming more curious as more people want to have beautiful breasts.
