Breast fat grafting question

I'm thinking about breast surgery, but implants tend to be noticeable, so I want a more natural look and am considering fat grafting to the breasts. If I get a fat graft to the breasts, how long will the effects last? Will the fat graft take well without side effects? I'm worried because some people say the effects don't last long. I want to extract fat from my abdomen or thighs, but I've heard that after fat extraction, there is severe pain and a lot of bruising. When can I resume normal daily activities after the surgery?
