Breast fat grafting surgery?

After childbirth... I lost my breasts.

This is subtly bothering me and causing stress.

Is breast fat grafting when fat is taken from another part of my body and transplanted into my breasts!?

Are they drawing fat from my body? It seems much more natural and has fewer side effects.

What are the recovery period and possible side effects after surgery?

There is someone around me who had breast surgery, and she suffered a lot of pain after the operation for a while.

How long will it take to recover to everyday life?
