Breast augmentation

Sometimes I have acquaintances around me who are men with quite large chests, and they feel very noticeable and uncomfortable when dressing, so they worry about it.

One of my friends has quite a prominent chest, and I playfully touched it a few times, but she said she doesn't like how it sticks out too much and is considering plastic surgery.
