I'm curious about breast fat grafting.

Is it correct to say that breast fat grafting without implants is a fat transfer to the breasts?

My junior had breast augmentation surgery because she didn't have breasts, and I remember she did breast massage for a while afterward. After five years, I saw that the implant had hardened around the armpit area and was protruding. Later, I saw my junior undergo another revision surgery, which made me reconsider my desire to have breast surgery. However, now I hear about fat grafting to the breasts, and if there are no side effects, I would like to try it. I just want to know how many times the procedure needs to be done since they say the fat gets absorbed, and I also want to learn about the potential side effects.
