Laser treatment for freckles in elementary school students?

They are elementary school students, but they have developed a lot of freckles under their eyes.

If you're an adult, you can remove it with laser treatment, but since you're a young child, that's why.

Are there cases where elementary school students use lasers?

Or would it be better to do it a bit later when I grow up? I'm worried it might get worse...
