Breast fat grafting

There are two methods for breast surgery: inserting implants and transferring fat from the body to the breasts. I have often heard that fat transfer looks more natural than implants. I also heard that if fat is transferred as a side effect, removing fat from the legs and inserting it into the breasts causes the fat to return to its original place. Is this true?
