However, I am worried because I read about side effects of cataract surgery, such as astigmatism and glaucoma. Is cataract surgery always necessary? Are there any ways to treat it with medication and monitor the condition? Also, if I undergo surgery, I want to know how to choose a hospital that minimizes side effects. I am curious whether side effects depend on individual factors (severity of symptoms, age, etc.) or vary depending on the surgical method. What is the likelihood of side effects occurring during cataract surgery? Additionally, I wonder if it is possible to develop cataracts again after surgery and need a repeat operation.
