Is surgery possible for high myopia?

I have previously had a corneal ulcer, is it okay?

Are multifocal or vision correction procedures possible? Are the side effects significant?

Multifocal lenses are said to have particularly severe side effects.

What about the cost?

Is there no other way besides surgery?
