Is there a specific group of people who are more prone to cataracts, or do they develop due to aging?

I often experience tingling in my eyes, and due to allergies, I visit the ophthalmologist several times a year to get allergy eye drops prescribed. Also, perhaps because I use the computer a lot, my eyes are dry, making it hard to open them in the morning, so I have artificial tears prescribed and use them daily. I'm worried that allergy medications, artificial tears, and eye drops like these might cause cataracts in the future. During seasonal changes, even with eye drops, it's difficult, but I can't live without them. I'm concerned.
