(Concern) All the pimple marks have turned into dark spots.

In the past, even if I got pimples, they would disappear over time without leaving marks, but surely due to aging, now when I get pimples, they leave scars and turn dark.

Recently, I developed two pimples under my eyes, and after they healed, I noticed that the scars from these pimples turned into large dark spots that look like freckles.

Or was a freckle already forming in that spot?

If I just clean this part thoroughly, I think the stress will be halved. Is it possible to treat it with laser?

I'm really scared whether this is a temporary phenomenon or if it's the beginning of my entire face being covered with melasma.
