Milia - Skin laser treatment scars

I started noticing something in my eyes a few years ago. However, it gradually grew larger over time, and I found out that it's called milia now.

We are currently looking into hospitals that do this well. Will scars remain after laser treatment?

If there is leftover, I want to minimize it as much as possible. How can I do that?

I'm planning to do it in winter rather than summer, so I would appreciate some advice.
