Molluscum contagiosum, blemish removal

My skin is naturally chicken skin.

I also noticed quite a few blemishes forming.

A few years ago, in the summer, I bought a carpenter's cloth incorrectly.

The neck meat completely flips over due to heat rash.

Since then, strange troubles and disturbances have occurred.
