(Concern) Tooth extraction

I had a rather large mole under my eye. I had it removed twice during middle school; the first time, the root was too deep, so I had to remove it again. The second time, I was too lazy to take proper care of it, so it's still a little left now. I remember how painful it was back then, so I'm really scared to have it removed again. I think it will disappear if I just have it removed once.ㅠㅠ Are they not painful these days? Mine was quite large and deep, so maybe that's why I also smelled a burning odor, and even with anesthetic ointment, it was extremely painful.ㅠㅠ
