Concern) Is there a reason why milia frequently occurs?

At first, I didn't even know if this was milia.

I remember hurting myself badly when I tried to do it alone.

It mainly appears around the eyes once it occurs.

It doesn't disappear naturally.

They also tend to appear in multiple numbers.

Why do milia form?

Isn't there a way to prevent it as well?
