I'm curious about laser treatment for milia.

I'm worried about the milia that has appeared under my eyes. A few years ago, I moved and couldn't apply sunscreen in the blazing sun, and I was out and about a lot. I'm not sure if UV rays caused it, but my skin was quite damaged at that time. When I put on makeup, the area under my eyes looked unusually flaky, so I initially thought it was dead skin and tried to peel it off, but upon closer inspection, I saw small granular bumps, which turned out to be milia. I didn't know much and even tried to squeeze them, but despite frequently using hydrating packs and applying eye patches, they didn't go away at all. Sometimes, they seem to spread further around the area. I found online that there is laser treatment for milia, specifically under the eyes, but I'm worried about whether it might affect or harm my eyes. Does laser treatment completely remove milia? I'm also curious if they might come back even after disappearing like dark spots. Even with makeup, only that area stands out and looks more prominent. It feels like I look a bit unkempt, and I think it gives a less tidy impression, so I really want to get rid of them, but I'm so conflicted. ㅠㅠ
